1. Principle
We respect any Private Information obtainable and accessible by VNPT Hanoi in pursuing its businesses with customers, its employees or its business partners should be regarded as material assets of its holders, and therefore it is of our responsibility to handle any private information faithfully and safely, in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.

2. Operation
We establish and observe Code of Conducts in collection, usage and application of private information, and apply our utmost effort to ensure prevention of loss, falsification or divulgation of Private Information obtained.

3. Activities
We structure and maintain internal system to protect private information, and define competence and responsibility to comply with relevant laws, regulations and our own Code of Conducts for the protection of private information.
We will make appropriate adjustment to the Code of Conducts from time to time, under the support from the customers, its employees and its business partners, so as to continue to ensure achieving our aim to protect private information.
